If your order is placed during a holiday, it may require up to 5-7 business days for processing before departing our facilities. Please note that once your package has been dropped off to our courier, we are no longer responsible for the delivery time nor can we change it.
The responsibility is passed on to our courier. Please contact them once you have your tracking number if you have any questions about your package.

Due to the nature of our product and federal health regulations, hair extensions are final sale! If you truly feel the product that you have received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately!
